While the Lower, Middle and Upper School each convene in their own areas of the building, cross-divisional learning opportunities, in which faculty and students join together, provide a variety of meaningful mentorship opportunities. Students build confidence working in diverse groups, talking and interacting with different aged children, serving as guides and benefiting from their peers. They build confidence when they have leadership roles, share their skill sets and literacy, and build on social skills by interacting with various ages of children.
